1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bluestream Energy website or any of our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site or services.

2. Services Provided

We offer natural-gas retail services for residential and commercial customers in Alberta and British Columbia (and other places where we’re licensed). Available plans and eligibility can vary by location.

3. Account Creation and Maintenance

Some services require an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details private. Bluestream Energy isn’t liable for unauthorized access caused by failure to protect your credentials.

4. Payment Terms

Your payment obligations are set out in your service agreement or enrollment documents. Late or missed payments may lead to fees, suspension, or termination of service, as allowed by your agreement and applicable rules.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, plus applicable federal laws.

6. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted here and takes effect when posted unless stated otherwise.
